Sesame Club sponsors social ballroom dances and supports ballroom dancing in the greater Portland area
We are a non-profit organization supported by volunteers. We want to provide the best possible dance experience for you. Please see a board member (wearing a badge) or send us an email if you have comments or questions.

A Sesame Club dance night features:
A 45 minute lesson taught by a local dance instructor.
Open partner dancing to DJ music for standard ballroom, nightclub and country dance forms.
A waltz mixer and a foxtrot mixer .
A brief dance showcase provided by local dancers, as available.
Know Before You Go
DJ music is selected for waltz, foxtrot, rumba, bolero, cha-cha, swing, salsa, tango, quickstep, samba, merenge, mambo, bachata, nightclub 2-step, west coast swing, country 2-step and polka.
Attire is casual to formal.
Bring a water bottle.
